Configure Your Business
Tax Settings
GST — compliant for Australia and New Zealand. Set the rate once, it applies to all quotes and invoices automatically.
Example: Set GST to 10% for Australia. Every quote and invoice automatically adds 10% GST to the total.
Payment Terms
Default payment terms for invoices. Net 30, Net 60, Due on Receipt. Set per customer if needed.
Example: Set default to "Net 30". New invoices automatically due 30 days from issue date. Override per customer if needed.
Pricing Rules
Default markup percentages on materials. Minimum job fees. Whatever pricing structure you use.
Example: Set 50% markup on parts. Buy a widget for $100, it auto-populates on quotes at $150.
