Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to request deletion of your JobbTrakr account and data.

Option 1: Delete Directly In the App

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the JobbTrakr app:

  1. 1 Open the JobbTrakr app and sign in to your account.
  2. 2 Go to Settings from the sidebar menu.
  3. 3 Select the App tab.
  4. 4 Scroll to the Danger Zone section and tap Delete Account.
  5. 5 Confirm by typing DELETE and submit. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can email us to request account deletion:

  1. 1 Send an email to admin@jobbtrakr.app
  2. 2 Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. 3 Include your registered email address and business name so we can locate your account.
  4. 4 We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm via email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • ✓ Your user profile and login credentials
  • ✓ Your business details and settings
  • ✓ All jobs, quotes, and invoices
  • ✓ All customer records
  • ✓ All timesheets and expense records
  • ✓ All team members associated with your business
  • ✓ Any uploaded files, photos, and attachments

The following data may be retained for legal and financial compliance:

  • • Billing transaction records (retained as required by applicable law)
  • • Anonymised usage analytics (no personally identifiable information)

Data Retention Period

Your personal data and business records will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your account deletion request, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

After deletion, your data cannot be recovered. Please export any data you need before submitting your request.
